This is primarily a manipulation contest. There will be three ranks for manipulations and one for traditional art.
Enlisted Rank
This is for beginners. If you have only just started working with your paint program, then this is the division for you.
Non-Commissioned Officers
If you have been manipulating for a while, this is probably the rank for you. This rank is those who know their pain program but haven’t started learning the advance applications of it.
Commissioned Officers
This rank is for those who know their paint program and can manipulate it to produce the most advance of artwork.
Warrant Officers
This rank is for artwork that isn’t photo-manipulation. This is for traditional artists, photographers or crafters.
Remember: Your rank must be on the contest artwork you submit.
